I came across this interesting sermon after I did some research on why God allows Satan to tempt man or come against us. It’s definitely worth checking out. It will tell you more about your adversary, the devil, as well as God’s purpose behind allowing Satan to do what he does to mankind:

Hi David, this is some good and helpful information, because right now I am so very tired of the struggle!! I often wonder why it seems as if God is letting satan get away with a lot.Though I know he like others here that’s causing so much heartache and pain, are not getting away.I’m just so tired!
Love you brother, please check your feed button it’s not working,I had a time finding you,now it comes to my mind, all I had to do was go to my comments LOL! What a day!
Hi Pat, thanks for the reminder re my feed. I tried to fix it myself with no success. So I’m going to have to see if I can find someone else to fix it. I know what you mean regarding being tired, and you’re not the only one. Most believers reach that point, but that’s when we lay our burdens on God because His yoke is light. Besides, Satan deals in lies and deceit. He is actually the one that’s really tired! That’s because we battle him with God on our side, whereas Satan battles GOD with noone on his side (ie. he fights a losing battle and he wearies himself out!). So always think of it like that–if you fight the strong fight of faith with God on your side (you will be refreshed and protected by God). On the other hand, Satan is even more tired than you are because he has no help that is time enough for God’s opposition of him! The devil only tries to present himself as refreshed, rejuvenated, energized, and strong. Stronger than us? Yes! But weaker than us when we have God on our side through the blood of Jesus. Hold on, your deliverance draweth near. Love ya. -David
Thank you so much for the encouragement and I’ll keep this on my mind, while I hold on praise God!
My pleasure. God bless you, I prayed for you. >=)
